I purchased presets but haven’t received my order email?

It is most likely in your junk/spam folder or you may have input your email address incorrectly. If you have any issues accessing your order, please send me an email at help@gpresets.com with your Order# and I will help sort this out.

How do I know which files to download?

Check the version of Lightroom you’re using, and once you’ve done this it will determine if you need to download the XMP files or the LRTEMPLATE files. You will download and install the XMP files if you have Lightroom 7.3 and above. If you have any version before Lightroom 7.2 (i.e. Lightroom 4, 5, 6, Lightroom CC 2015, and Lightroom Classic CC v7.0, 7.1, and 7.2) then you will download and install the LRTEMPLATE files.

I lost my presets, do I need to repurchase them?

No, you do not need to repurchase your presets. If you have created an account on this website then you can log back in and download your past purchases. If that doesn't work, send me an email at help@gpresets.com along with your purchase receipt(s) or order#('s) and I can re-send your presets.

Presets

The installer is not working for my computer, what do I do to install them?

Sometimes the installer has issues with installation which is why I have also included the Preset files with your purchase so you can install them manually. Please make sure to download the correct files for the version of Lightroom you’re using.

How do I know what version of Lightroom I have?

With Lightroom open, at the top left of the screen, click Lightroom > About Lightroom > and then at the top of the pop up, it will show the Release number and version of Camera Raw. The Release number is what version of Lightroom you’re currently using. For example - 9.1 Release Camera Raw 12.1.
