End User License Agreement
Effective Date: August 8, 2026
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) is between Greg Petersen LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company doing business as G-Presets (“G-Presets,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you, the purchaser or licensed user (“you” or “your”).
This Agreement applies to digital products made available by G-Presets, including, without limitation:
- Lightroom Classic, Lightroom, Adobe Camera Raw, and other editing presets;
- camera profiles and AI-assisted editing profiles;
- LUTs;
- tone curves and color-grading tools;
- brushes and brush packs;
- editing tools, modifiers, actions, and workflows;
- templates and configuration files;
- collaboration products;
- guides, educational materials, and documentation; and
- related digital files and downloadable content.
Collectively, these are referred to as the “Products.”
By purchasing, downloading, installing, accessing, or using a Product, you agree to this Agreement and the G-Presets Terms of Use.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, G-Presets grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide license to download, install, access, and use the Product for your own licensed use.
Unless a Product page or separate written license expressly states otherwise, each purchase provides a single-user license for one individual user.
Products are licensed, not sold.
G-Presets and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Products and associated intellectual property. Your purchase gives you only the rights expressly granted by this Agreement.
2. What You May Do
Subject to this Agreement, you may:
- install and use the Product on devices owned or controlled by you for your individual licensed use;
- use the Product to edit an unlimited number of photographs or videos for personal use;
- use the Product in your photography, editing, creative, or other business;
- use the Product for paid client work;
- adjust, customize, tweak, and build upon Product settings within your own licensed editing workflow;
- commercially publish, print, display, license, sell, or deliver photographs or videos that you have edited using the Product;
- deliver finished photographs or videos to clients without requiring those clients to purchase a Product license; and
- maintain reasonable private backup copies of the Product for your own licensed use.
You do not owe G-Presets royalties or additional license fees based solely on the number of photographs or videos you edit or the revenue you earn from your finished creative work.
Any customization or modification you make to a Product for your own editing workflow remains subject to the restrictions in this Agreement. Permission to modify a Product for your own use does not grant permission to distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Product or a modified version of it.
3. Your Photographs and Creative Work
You retain your rights in photographs, videos, and other original creative works that you create or edit.
G-Presets does not acquire ownership of your photographs or videos merely because you use a G-Presets Product to edit them.
This Agreement protects the G-Presets Product itself and its proprietary components. It does not give G-Presets ownership of your finished photographs, videos, or other independently created content.
4. What You May Not Do
Except where expressly authorized in writing by G-Presets or where a restriction is prohibited by applicable law, you may not engage in any of the following activities.
A. Share or Transfer Product Files
You may not share, give away, lend, transfer, provide, or otherwise make Product files available to another person.
This includes sharing Products with:
- friends or family;
- employees;
- contractors;
- assistants;
- second shooters;
- outsourced editors;
- other photographers; or
- other individuals who do not have their own applicable license.
Each individual user must have an appropriate license unless G-Presets has expressly granted a multi-user, team, studio, or other expanded license.
B. Resell or Redistribute Products
You may not sell, resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, publish, upload, give away, or otherwise make a Product available for download or use by another person, whether for free or for payment.
You may not upload Products to:
- public file-sharing services;
- forums;
- social media platforms;
- marketplaces;
- membership libraries;
- shared drives accessible by unlicensed users;
- preset or LUT libraries;
- peer-to-peer networks; or
- any other location where an unauthorized person can access or download the files.
Private backups stored in your own personal cloud storage, such as a private iCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive account, are permitted so long as those backups are not made available to unlicensed users.
C. Sell or Distribute Modified Versions
You may customize Product settings for your own licensed editing workflow.
However, you may not sell, distribute, sublicense, publish, give away, or otherwise provide the original Product or a modified version of the Product to another person.
Changing a Product’s:
- name;
- settings;
- parameters;
- metadata;
- organization;
- file format;
- packaging;
- intensity;
- tone curve;
- color values; or
- other characteristics
does not give you the right to redistribute or commercially exploit the resulting Product.
D. Extract or Repackage Product Components
You may not extract, copy, systematically record, map, reproduce, publish, package, or distribute Product components for the purpose of reproducing, redistributing, or commercially exploiting the Product.
This includes, where applicable:
- preset settings;
- parameter values;
- tone-curve data;
- color-grading configurations;
- profile data;
- LUT data;
- brush settings;
- masking configurations;
- modifier settings;
- proprietary workflows;
- configuration data;
- Product documentation; and
- other underlying Product components.
E. Create Competing Products From G-Presets Products
You may not use a Product, its underlying files, extracted settings, parameter values, configurations, documentation, or systematic analysis of the Product as source material to create, develop, sell, license, distribute, or provide a competing or substantially reproduced editing product.
This includes using G-Presets Products as source material to create:
- preset packs;
- profiles;
- AI profiles;
- LUTs;
- brushes;
- filters;
- actions;
- editing tools;
- color-grading systems;
- editing templates; or
- other commercially distributed editing products.
This prohibition applies even if the Product has been modified, customized, renamed, combined with other presets, profiles, LUTs, brushes, editing tools, or other materials, or incorporated into a larger product or collection.
This restriction does not prevent you from independently creating your own editing products, techniques, styles, or systems without copying, extracting, reverse engineering, or otherwise using a G-Presets Product as the source material.
F. Unauthorized Format Conversion
You may not convert, translate, transform, or reproduce a Product into another distributable editing format for resale, licensing, redistribution, or use by unlicensed persons.
For example, you may not use a G-Presets Product to create or distribute an unauthorized:
- LUT;
- preset;
- profile;
- AI profile;
- filter;
- action;
- brush;
- template; or
- other editing product in another format.
Ordinary installation, importation, processing, or technical conversion performed as part of using the Product within supported editing software for your own licensed use is permitted.
G. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
You may not use a Product, Product file, extracted Product setting, proprietary configuration, Product documentation, or other underlying Product material to:
- train;
- fine-tune;
- develop;
- benchmark;
- validate;
- test for replication;
- improve; or
- provide training or reference data to
an artificial intelligence, machine-learning, generative AI, automated editing, recommendation, or similar system for the purpose of recreating, reproducing, generating, recommending, or commercializing presets, profiles, LUTs, editing styles, editing tools, or competing products based on G-Presets Products.
You may not include G-Presets Product files, settings, or proprietary Product components in an AI or machine-learning training dataset.
This restriction does not prohibit ordinary use of a properly licensed G-Presets Product within supported editing software merely because that software uses artificial intelligence or machine-learning features as part of its normal functionality.
For example, using a G-Presets Product as intended within editing software that uses AI-assisted masking, subject detection, noise reduction, or other integrated features does not, by itself, violate this section.
H. Circumvent Security or Access Controls
You may not circumvent, disable, bypass, or interfere with technical measures used to protect Products, Product downloads, customer accounts, licensing systems, access controls, or digital delivery systems.
I. Remove Rights Information
You may not intentionally remove or alter copyright notices, trademark notices, ownership information, attribution, contact information, or other rights-management information embedded in or provided with a Product for the purpose of concealing the Product’s source or facilitating unauthorized distribution.
J. Claim G-Presets Products as Your Own
You may not falsely claim authorship or ownership of a G-Presets Product or represent that a copied, extracted, repackaged, or unauthorized derivative version of a G-Presets Product was independently created by you.
5. Studio, Team, Employee, and Contractor Use
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Products are licensed to one individual user.
If a photography studio, company, agency, or other business purchases a standard license, the license may be assigned for use by one individual user within that organization.
If multiple people need access to the underlying Product files, each user must have an appropriate license unless G-Presets expressly provides a team, studio, multi-seat, or other expanded license.
This includes multiple:
- photographers;
- editors;
- employees;
- contractors;
- assistants;
- second shooters; and
- outsourced editing personnel.
The fact that multiple people work for the same company does not automatically authorize them to share one Product license.
For questions about team or multi-user licensing, contact help@gpresets.com.
6. Collaboration Products
Some Products may be created or marketed in collaboration with photographers, creators, educators, companies, or other third parties.
Unless different license terms are expressly provided for a particular collaboration Product, this Agreement applies to collaboration Products in the same manner as other G-Presets Products.
Purchasing a collaboration Product does not give you any ownership rights in the names, brands, photographs, creative materials, intellectual property, or publicity rights of the collaborator.
7. Ownership and Intellectual Property
G-Presets and its licensors retain ownership of the Products and all intellectual property rights applicable to them.
Depending on the Product and the particular component involved, those rights may be protected by copyright, trademark, contract, and other applicable laws.
Purchasing or downloading a Product does not transfer ownership of the Product or G-Presets intellectual property to you.
This Agreement grants only a limited license to use the Product as expressly described above.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, resale, or other exploitation of Products may result in termination of the license and may also result in contractual, copyright, trademark, takedown, or other remedies where applicable.
Nothing in this Agreement claims ownership over general photographic ideas, independently created editing techniques, general aesthetics, methods, or independently developed creative work that does not copy, extract, redistribute, or improperly derive from G-Presets Products.
8. Product Compatibility and Results
Products may require particular third-party software, software versions, hardware, camera profiles, operating systems, or other technology.
You are responsible for reviewing applicable compatibility information before purchase.
Photography and editing results vary based on factors including:
- the original photograph or video;
- camera and camera profile;
- lens;
- exposure;
- lighting;
- white balance;
- shooting conditions;
- software version;
- display calibration; and
- adjustments made by the user.
Presets, profiles, LUTs, brushes, and other editing Products are tools and starting points. Applying a Product does not guarantee that a particular image will look identical to sample images or demonstrations.
Compatibility, warranty, and liability provisions contained in the G-Presets Terms of Use also apply to Products licensed under this Agreement.
9. Digital Delivery and Refunds
Products are delivered electronically.
We recommend downloading and securely backing up purchased Products promptly after delivery.
Purchases of digital Products are generally final after delivery, download, or access, subject to the G-Presets Refund Policy and any refund, cancellation, warranty, withdrawal, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
If you experience a technical, delivery, file, or purchase issue, please contact help@gpresets.com so we have an opportunity to investigate and help resolve the issue.
If a Product purchase is fully refunded, reversed, or cancelled, the license granted for that Product terminates and you must stop using and delete your copies of the refunded Product, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
10. Term and Termination
This Agreement and your Product license remain effective unless terminated.
G-Presets may terminate a Product license if you materially breach this Agreement.
Where a material breach can reasonably be corrected, G-Presets may provide you with an opportunity to correct the breach before termination.
G-Presets may take immediate action where reasonably necessary in response to serious violations, including:
- unauthorized resale;
- intentional redistribution;
- unauthorized copying or distribution, including conduct that may constitute copyright infringement;
- deliberate file or account sharing;
- unauthorized sublicensing;
- use of Products to create or distribute competing Products in violation of this Agreement;
- unauthorized AI or machine-learning use prohibited by this Agreement; or
- intentional circumvention of Product security or access controls.
Upon termination of a Product license, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Product covered by the terminated license.
Termination does not eliminate rights, claims, or remedies arising from conduct that occurred before termination.
Sections concerning ownership, prohibited distribution, competing products, AI and machine-learning restrictions, intellectual property, liability, and enforcement survive termination to the extent necessary to give them effect.
11. No Transfer of License
Except where expressly permitted by G-Presets in writing, by product-specific license terms, or by applicable law, you may not sell, assign, sublicense, or transfer your Product license to another person.
A Product license is separate from ownership of your photography business, computer, storage device, or customer account.
12. Relationship to Terms of Use
This Agreement is incorporated into and forms part of the G-Presets Terms of Use.
The Terms of Use contain additional provisions concerning:
- purchases and payments;
- website use;
- refunds;
- disclaimers;
- limitations of liability;
- indemnification;
- governing law;
- dispute resolution;
- international consumer rights; and
- other matters relating to your relationship with G-Presets.
If this Agreement and the Terms of Use conflict regarding the scope of your license or permitted use of a Product, this Agreement will control with respect to that licensing issue.
If product-specific license terms are expressly provided with a particular Product, those product-specific terms will control with respect to that Product to the extent of any conflict.
13. International Customers and Mandatory Rights
G-Presets makes Products available to customers in multiple countries.
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to waive or restrict a consumer right, warranty, remedy, or other protection that applicable law does not permit to be waived.
Where a provision of this Agreement can lawfully be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable mandatory consumer law, it will be interpreted that way.
14. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or, where appropriate, severed.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
15. Changes to This Agreement
G-Presets may update this Agreement from time to time for future Product purchases.
Unless otherwise permitted by law or separately agreed with you, the version of the EULA in effect when you purchase a Product governs the license granted for that purchase.
Updates to this Agreement will not retroactively revoke material license rights previously granted to you solely because G-Presets later changes its standard EULA.
16. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the G-Presets Terms of Use, Refund Policy, applicable product-specific license terms, and any other terms expressly presented and accepted in connection with your purchase, constitutes the agreement governing your purchase and licensed use of the applicable Product.
Our Privacy Policy separately describes how G-Presets handles personal information.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
The governing law, jurisdiction, venue, and dispute-resolution provisions contained in the G-Presets Terms of Use apply to this Agreement.
Nothing in this Agreement limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
