Refund policy
REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: August 8, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased from G-Presets through https://www.gpresets.com.
1. Digital Product Purchases
Because G-Presets Products are digital and are generally delivered or made available immediately after purchase, all sales are final once a Product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, except as described below or where required by applicable law.
Refunds are generally not available simply because you changed your mind, no longer want the Product, or do not like the creative results.
2. When We Will Review a Refund
We understand that legitimate order issues can happen.
Please contact us at help@gpresets.com if:
- you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
- you accidentally purchased the same Product more than once;
- the wrong Product was delivered;
- you did not receive access to your purchase and we are unable to restore it;
- the Product files are corrupted or materially defective and we are unable to provide working replacement files;
- there is a verified billing or transaction error; or
- a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
We may also approve a refund in other circumstances at our discretion.
3. What Generally Does Not Qualify
Except where required by law, we generally do not provide refunds because:
- you changed your mind;
- you no longer want or need the Product;
- you do not like the editing style or results;
- your photographs do not look exactly like sample images;
- you purchased the wrong Product without an error by G-Presets;
- you do not have compatible software or system requirements that were disclosed before purchase; or
- a Product is later discounted or included in a promotion.
If you experience a technical or download issue, please give us a reasonable opportunity to help resolve it.
4. Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
If a Product is fully refunded, the license for that Product ends and you must stop using and delete the refunded Product in accordance with the G-Presets End User License Agreement, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
